  Wiris needs a set of plugins from https://github.com/wiris. Some of the plugins have branch stable and others have main as default branch. How to deside which plugins work together. Is it correct to use different branches insteed of allways using main branch?

  Good afternoon, Andreas,
  
  The "stable" branch of all the WirisQuizzes question types (all plugins that start with qtype) is "main". However, we do NOT recommend using the "main"/"stable" branches directly as sources of production code for our plugins as they might not exactly match a stable release for our Moodle plugins and that might make it very difficult to troubleshoot an issue. We do tag the git repositories for each release with the corresponding version number (the current tag is v4.11.3). Tagged releases should be used instead of the "main" branch.
