Fischer Projections

Student must construct Fischer projections by drag and drop of groups onto a predefined template. You can ask questions like; Draw L-alanine? Convert the following structure into a Fischer projection?

Overview

This software is no longer maintained and has been superseded by the OpenOChem LTI assessment system.

Drag and drop question type that assesses students knowledge of constructing and interpreting Fischer Projections.  Ask question such as;

  • Construct L-alanine on the template below?
  • Convert the following structure into a Fischer projection?

Features

  • Interactive - students drag and drop to construct Fischer projections.
  • Choose between 1 to 4 stereocenters.
  • Option to allow rotation.

This plugin adopts the same license that Moodle does.

    Many thanks for sharing this plugin with the Moodle community.

    I was successfully able to install the plugin and it appears to function as expected. I am going to approve the plugin.

    One thing I did notice was a missing language string: insertfromeditor.

    The code checker indicates:
