At the moment we are focussing on making it working with Moodle 4.0 and the new question bank engine, so there are no such plans at the moment. Please use the GitHub-Tracker to submit your feature request (or even better pull request of your solution).

Please advise. What is the specific difference between simple mode and advanced mode? How do you toggle and/or configure between modes?

Hi Thomas, can this plugin be used for a handwritten essay question? In a foreign language exam students may have trouble typing in another language and may be more comfortable "writing" by hand.

Can a tool be added to add images or stamps? We'd like to allow students to create a model as there answer with preset images/stamps for example atoms or molecules.

Hello, we had a user submit an issue that tasktile, maxpoints, stem, and enterstemhere were not displaying properly. The inputs had [[]] around them and did not load the string from the lang file.

To resolve this, in edit_drawing_form.php lines 113, 117, 121, and 124 need 'qtype_kprime' swapped with 'qtype_drawing'

We have just started using your awesome tool. Our current Moodle version is 3.11. We have a sandbox site where we build-out our lessons before backing them up and restoring them to the Moodle site where our students work. For some questions, we have loaded a background image on the ETH question (graph grids, number lines). When we restore them to our student site, many are lost in the process. Is there a step, or requirement that I am forgetting that would cause this to happen?

No images or data should be lost. It is very hard to make a guess without an actual case (ie anonymised backup file). Could you please follow up with the issue in details here: https://github.com/ethz-let/moodle-qtype_drawing/issues

I'm trying to use this plugin in a bio lesson as part of the quiz. It looks like this question type doesn't provide any way to input the grader information. Is that possible to add this field back? It would be quite useful for noting the marking scheme.
