  This is a "Question behaviour". Once you have installed it, then in the quiz settings, there will be a new option under "How questions behave". If you select the option there, it will work with all questions in your quiz.

  When I choose Deferred feedback with explanation option in quiz settings it adds the "Give your reasons" option to all the questions in quiz, is there any option to deactivate it for some of the questions?

  I'm interested in setting up quizzes in true-false-justify format (where students are expected to first classify a statement as true or false, then justify their answer). This quiz behavior combined with true/false questions is the first thing I've stumbled across that looks like it would do that conveniently -- the other options I've come up with are Cloze (which I find clunky) or alternating T/F and essay questions (which you couldn't then randomize the order of).
  
  Am I right that this will get the job done? Is there another way that would be easier? If the answers are yes and no respectively I'll push the button ASAP. Thanks!

  The only options I can think of are the ones you give. I think this will meet your need. Do you have a test Moodle site where you can try it, before you install it into your real site?

  Thanks, Tim! When you created this plugin in response to my request, it really helped us. We have recently upgraded our Moodle installation to version 3.2. It does not appear that this question behavior has been ported to the latest versions yet. Can you please do that?

  Would it be possible to allow uploading files in the plugin?
  
  I'm asking because if this was possible, students could use the sketch ability in the editor (drawings) to explain their own thinking in mathematical questions.
  
  At the moment I'm using an additional free text question to achieve this goal, but implementing it directly into your plugin would be much more elegant.

  It would be possible (using similar code to what qtype_essay uses). However, it would require someone to develop the feature. I am afraid that at the moment I have neither the time nor inclination to do that. However, if someone else is able to do the work, I would be delighted to receive a pull request to merge.
