This simple bloc allows outputing HTML content in a bloc with several versions based onthe check of custom profile fields values (2 checks)

Release notes

This very simple block allows a more flexible possibility in
outputing HTML content to users in a course.

The bloc allows outputing distinct content for cateogies of
users matching or not matching a custom profile attribute.

The bloc has a "match all" case being printed first, if defined.

browse to Notifications in admin menu.
