Button Maker Build 1.0.0

Moodle 2.9, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2
Released: Wednesday, 28 December 2016, 2:39 PM

The Generico button maker widget, as the name suggests, is a simple button maker widget. It relies on Bootstrap being available, which is usually the case in modern Moodle. No javascript or CSS are applied directly from the template so it is simple and reliable.

To install download the zip file and expand it. It contains a folder called presets. Inside the folder is the template bundle, Button-Maker.txt. Drag that file over the green bundle button on a blank Generico template settings page. The fields on the page should fill out. After you save the page, the template will be available from the Generico icon on the Atto html editor.

This template can also be used with PoodLL 3.

Default installation instructions for plugins of the type PoodLL Widget / Generico

The import and export of a template takes place on a template’s settings page. These can be found under the filter’s settings in the site administration->plugins->filters->[filtername] area.

The template file you download from here is a ZIP file (.zip) and you must first expand it to get the template file (.txt) that you use to import.

Importing a template

On each template settings page on the top right, there is a green box with the word “bundle” inside it. To restore a template from a file, you need to drag the .txt file over the green bundle button of a template settings page. The border of the button will turn blue. If you then “drop” the text file, it will fill in all the fields of the settings page. You need to save the settings page after that.
