Chargebee payment gateway for Moodle.

Provides a payment gateway with Chargebee in Moodle.
Chargebee.com is a subscription billing service and supports many payment providers and currencies.
You will need an account on Chargebee.com and connect to payment providers such as Braintree, Paypal, Stripe, etc.
All payment processing (including payment/credit card data) is handled by Chargebee.com.

We have configured it with a test account from Chargebee and added an API key with everything but we are running into an error:
Exception - This API operation is not enabled for this site. Please contact support@chargebee.com to get this enabled
