Integration of HTML5 viewer for medical images

This plugin ships a distribution of Stone of Orthanc and OHIF viewer into Moodle.

This allow a smooth review of medical images for medical teaching purpose.

This plugin require an Orthanc Server backend to expose DICOM files through DICOM-Web protocol (server's endpoint can been defined in the plugin options, pay attention to CORS if you use a third party server)
