Moodle Welcome is a very nice plugin, but it seems that there are a few English language string that have not been declared correctly because they do not show up as available for translation in AMOS. These strings are:
"Hello"
"Welcome to Moodle 2.3"
"Thanks for creating an account on Moodle 2.3 !"
"A new user signed up on Moodle 2.3 : "
"Hi moderator,"
"A new user: "
", has signed up for Moodle 2.3."
"- Admin"
If these strings were also available for translation in AMOS, this plugin would be even better for non-English speaking Moodlers.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Thanks for reporting this. I have updated the plugin to have all texts in the language file.
Regards!
Thank you! I need to use in the automatic mail the username too. Can you implement this field too? Or - better - why not all fields in the profile?
Thank you!
lugin "mod_images" is defective or outdated, can not continue, sorry.

I tried to install Moodle welcome in my moodle 2.4 site but it doesn't seems to work.
This shouldn't be a surprise of course because I use the version for moodle 2.3.
I will wait the version for moodle 2.4....
This seems very interessing. But I am already using 2.4.1, and after the last coment I am afraid to test it. When can we aspect a new version
Any progress with the update to 2.4.X yet? It is an App that I really want to use.
