Add course module at cursor

This plugin is an extension to the Moodle course editing functionality. It enables editing teachers to add activities and resources above the activity the cursor is hovering over.

New in 0.3.1

The activity modules listed as quick links are now configurable! Browse to Site Administration -> Plugins -> Activity modules -> Manage quick links to change the from the default.

Requirements

  • Moodle 2.6+, as we make use of the new observer system for consuming events.

Installation

  1. Copy the zip file to your server
  2. Extract the zip file and move the tdmmodatcursor directory to your Moodle's local directory
  3. Browse to Site Administration -> Notifications and allow the database upgrades to execute
  4. Browse to Site Administration -> Purge caches

Default installation instructions for plugins of the type Local plugins

  1. Make sure you have all the required versions.
  2. Download and unpack the module.
  3. Place the folder in the "local" subdirectory.
  4. Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to finish the installation.
