With this plugin installed, all learning plans will be marked as complete when all their competencies are completed by the user.
This plugin does not have any frontend. It only listens to the \core\event\competency_evidence_created, check if all competencies are completed for all plans of the current user and completes the plan.

Which Moodle version are you using?
After installing the plugin, for any competency that is completed after the installion, the plugin should check and mark the plan as completed if all other competencies are completed.
the user must complete all the competencies, not only the last one.
I sincerely appreciate your prompt response. I am currently utilizing the latest version of Moodle.
Despite my Test User successfully completing all competencies in the learning plan, the completion state does not update automatically when a user finishes their final competency.
It only updates after an administrator makes a change.
Additionally, I have noticed that a database entry is being made after completing a competency.
Could it be that my user needs a specific right or permission to trigger the completion state update?
We have now identified the error. It was due to our oversight in not granting users the right to manage learning plans.
Once we enabled this, the learning plans were automatically completed as intended.
