LionAI Reports
LionAI Reports revolutionizes the report generation process within Moodle, offering administrators a user-friendly interface to articulate report requirements in plain English. With this innovative plugin, users can effortlessly compose simple sentences specifying the desired data, and the plugin translates these natural language requests into precise SQL queries. The intuitive interface provides a preview of the first 10 rows of the generated report, allowing users to validate and fine-tune their queries on the spot. LionAI Reports seamlessly integrates with other Moodle plugins, such as “Configurable Reports”, facilitating a smooth transition from query creation to report visualization.
Users have the flexibility to export reports in various formats, including CSV, XML, and SQL, enabling easy sharing and further analysis. Additionally, the plugin keeps track of query history, empowering administrators to revisit, edit, and reuse previously generated queries, enhancing workflow efficiency.
The primary objective of LionAI Reports is to empower Moodle administrators with a tool that simplifies the report generation process, making it accessible to users without advanced technical expertise. By bridging the gap between natural language input and SQL queries, this plugin promotes efficiency, usability, and a more effective approach to data analysis within Moodle.
*Please note that the plugin is not able nor meant to alter the DB (for example by using UPDATE, INSERT, or DROP queries).
