- preventing admins to remove their accounts
- more sanity checks
- code upgrade for Moodle 2.8
- add account deletion link to my profile in the navigation block

Currently this only works for the standard email based self registration authentication methods
INSTALLATION
Install this plugin in your /local folder
Then login as an admin and go to
Site Administration -> Notifications
This should trigger the installation process

Enable the plugin
