    Hi Mitchell,

You can find the report in the Grades area of any course. i.e. go to a course and then under Course Administration click on Grades. From there you can navigate to this report via the links in the settings navigation or via the dropdown / tabs (depending on how your site is configured).

Is there any way to add this into the activity report for a user? Allowing us to see a user's site-wide grades from the front page or profile?

Hello, I think this is a great report thank you! However is there something site-wide role specific that needs to be set? When I log in as one of my teachers who also has an altered manager role assigned to them, they do not see any courses. However I as the system admin can run the report just fine.

Hi, I'm testing this for a client in M2.6 and am getting the following fatal error: Fatal error: Call to undefined method html_writer::img() in /.../grade/report/multigrader/index.php on line 158 - I found a Moodle tracker - https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-39337 - that fixed this for M2.7, but not for M2.6

Hi, we're having a strange glitch with the report using the Moodle 2.5 version. It worked okay the first few times we used it, but it now isn't displaying (or functioning) properly. You can view a screenshot here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4xp2D8G_IATRTgyems1Z1RiMG8/view?usp=sharing. The categories no longer have arrows next to them, and the top category formatting is odd. Selecting a category and clicking 'Submit' doesn't do anything at this point. I'm not seeing any errors in PHP or the Javascript console. We love the plugin and it's very useful for us as one of our staff has to download all of the course gradebooks once a term. Any help (or ideas on where to look) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is there any plans for making this viable for moodle 2.8+?

    Hi
I also have exactly the issue described above. Using M2.7. Tested on Ch/FF/IE all latest versions. Still no joy. In site admin Grades>report settings>Multi grader report we have a blank page... Not sure if we should have anything here. On a course, we get the option for Multi-grader but just a list of categories, a tick bx which accepts a tick but nothing else. It should show a list of courses in each category and it appears to be broken. Submit just refreshes the same page. It is a shame because it looks like a particularly useful addition. Any ideas? Many thanks if you manage to fix this. The screen grab highlighted by Matt Long is exactly what we see. Thanks again.

    Hi there,

I've just installed this plugin, but it's only letting me see one course at a time.
I was expecting to be able to see all course grades in the one report.
Is there some setting that I need to change to allow me to view all course grades in the one report? Or have I misinterpreted what this plugin can do?

    Hi,
Just wanted to let folks know that there is a (somewhat dated) feature request in the Moodle Tracker to add the ability for site admins to download multiple gradebooks at once. You can vote for it if you're interested. It's not identical to the functionality of this plugin, but may be helpful if you needed that aspect of the Multi Course Grader Report (one of our staff manually downloads every gradebook from every course, so it's fairly important for us). Here's the link: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-17420

I have released a new version for Moodle 2.6 / 2.7 which loads jquery and checkboxtree plugin properly. This will prevent conflicts with other plugins (themes?) which also use jquery. I don't know if this will resolve the blank page problem that some people have mentioned.

    Hi Barry,
Unfortunately, I'm still getting the display issue I had earlier. We're now on Moodle 2.9 and using the Essential theme. I did notice a couple of things in the Javascript console:

1.) There are some errors related to the IE6 compatibility section in jquery.checkboxtree.js. Specifically, it looks like it's not recognizing 'msie' in this if statement around line 107:
    if(jQuery.browser.msie&&jQuery.browser.version<7)
2.) If I click on one of the boxes in the report, I get an 'Empty string passed to getElementById()' warning. Again, the plugin isn't loading correctly for me (still looks like the screenshot I posted earlier), so this may not be happening for everyone.

Not sure if that's helpful in debugging this or not. Definitely seems to be an issue with the jquery.checkboxtree.js file, but I haven't had luck isolating it yet. I've mainly been trying to comment out some of the 'option' sections in the code to see if they were causing the conflict. I'll let you know if I happen to blindly stumble into something that might be helpful ;)

Just tried installing this on 2.8 and getting the same error as Matt. This sounds like a really useful feature so would love to see it working.

OK I have updated the report again. You should not see any IE6 compatability issues anymore. I saw those too but it did not prevent the report from working for me.

I have also tested this locally with the Essential theme installed and it worked fine for me on Moodle 2.8.
