Sections format

Based on the core Topics format, but including aspects of the social course format and other settings.

Based on the core Topics course format, adding the following features:

  1. Hide section 0 when viewing another section
  2. Add a news forum/social forum display under section 0 when viewing the course "home"
  3. Allow the user to swap between showing one topic per page and all topics on the same page.

    This seems like an amazing course format which balances the need for communication and structure that a topics format provides. We've had a similar idea in the past and the one plugin we wish would accompany this type of course format is the ability to link to assignments in the main forum. Great job and thanks for sharing. I can't wait to try this out.

    Looks like an interesting format, especially for those looking to get back removed functionality from the core topics format. I'm testing it on a fresh Moodle 4.1 installation and can't move activities or resources to the right, when I click on that option, nothing happens.
