Multitopic format v4.1.2

Moodle 4.0, 4.1
Released: Monday, 16 January 2023, 9:46 AM

Changes

  • Don't collapse sections or course index by default.

I prefer collapsing by default, but it's causing issues in large courses (I think it's likely to become a problem when a course grows to around 80-90 sections), so it's got to go.
