TI-Nspire(tm) URL Converter

This is a simple filter which changes .tns and .tnsp links into TI-Nspire
Document Player frames. This will allow readers to use the TI-Nspire
content directly through Moodle.

- Added a link below the player to download or open the TNS/TNSP document
directly.
- Tested on Moodle 2.0.6+ (Build: 20111223), 2.1.1+ (Build: 20110803),
and 2.2+ (Build: 20111223). Updated the minimum Moodle version to
2011033006 which matches the version of Moodle 2.0.6 listed above.
- Greatly enhanced documentation for the plugin in the Moodle
plugin repository.

Default installation instructions for plugins of the type Filters

  1. Make sure you have all the required versions.
  2. Download and unpack the filter plugin.
  3. Place the folder (eg "myfilter") in the "filter" subdirectory.
  4. Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to finish the installation
