This filter is to be used in combination with the Stackviewer mod_stackview course activity plugin. Once a Stackviewer has been added as an activitity in a course, one can use the filter-stackview to display the Stack as an embeddable widget (iframe) at any desired place in the course using a shortcode.

Please checkout https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_stackview for details on Stackviewer.
