Jewish (Hebrew) Calendar Type for Moodle

# To install:

- Download the package to your server.
- Create a directory named jewish in [moodle_root]/calendar/type/
- Copy the package files to this directory.
- Goto Moodle Notification page and accept the installation
- Now you can select the Jewish calendar globaly or for any user.
- Enjoy!
