This looks ready to publish except for the minor details below,
from validation results :
- "In your version.php you have specified $plugin->requires = 2012112900, which corresponds to Moodle 2.4 and will not install on Moodle 2.0 that you chose in the form". Please correct the requires or the supported moodle versions.
- readme.md -> please consider creating a symlink from a 'README.txt' to the readme.md to enable easier reading of the .md extension

I've sent John an email about needing to fix the js file which makes the theme selector not work if the moodle install is not in the webserver root. I'm going to let him fix that before making the theme selector block making public. Peace - Anthony

nice simple tool - works well, I tested this on 3.0 and master - looks ready for approval to me thanks Gareth!

It does seem strange that the "clear theme cache" button on theme/index.php doesn't seem to show any confirmation that the cache has been cleared - but that's not something you can address within the block.

Are there any plans to get this approved for 3.8? I have a client that wants to have different themes for each categories.

Ah, version 2.9.1.4 will be fine on M3.8. I've just updated the release. But it won't solve your specific issue as it does not work that way.
