This block displays a user’s enrolled courses in year-based tabs (grouped by course start year), with the current year selected by default.

In the latest release, the block adds richer dashboard controls and Moodle-standard behavior. Users can sort courses by Group by category, Recently accessed, or Start date (newest first), and filter by All, Started, or Upcoming. In category mode, courses are shown in collapsible category groups with Expand all / Collapse all support.

Admins can configure whether to show course category metadata, course images, course start status, and the search box. The block now includes deterministic fallback course thumbnails (for courses without images), improved progress display for students (when completion tracking is enabled), optional started/starts-on date messaging, and a search field that submits to Moodle core course search results.
