This plugin is no longer maintained, and will receive no future support. An updated version of Gennaro Varriale's Google Adsense block to work with Moodle 2.x. It allows the easy creation and display of Google Adsense blocks within Moodle.

Put full /google_adsense directory on /blocks directory, log as admin and wait for the install to make changes on database. Make sure you don't have any adblocker installed in your browser, or the ads will be blocked (unsurprisingly)

Tested mainly with Moodle 2.0 and slightly with Moodle 2.1, it didn't seem to break with the beta of 2.2

Default installation instructions for plugins of the type Blocks

  1. Make sure you have all the required versions.
  2. Download and unpack the block folder.
  3. Place the folder (eg "myblock") in the "blocks" subdirectory.
  4. Visit http://yoursite.com/admin to complete the installation
  5. Turn editing on in any home or course page.
  6. Add the block to the page
  7. Visit the config link in the block for more options.
