This is an availability plugin to restrict the access of activity based on the
user enrolment date
## Installation
Either install from UI
Site Administration => Plugins => install plugin
OR
Copy extracted folder into the yourmoodle/availability/condition/
### Purpose
Sometimes few new activities are released in the course and need access restrictions so that
existing enrolled users doesn't need to perform these activities and only new enrolments
can access these kinds of activities and vice versa.

What I'm finding is that when I create a new activity and set the the date for AFTER a specific date and the visibility to "Hidden entirely if student doesn't meet this condition," the student who fits that condition sees the activity on the course page but when they try to access it get the message, "Sorry, this activity is currently hidden." In my example, which you can see on the bug report page, the activity is the 2 question quiz (copy). Bug report: https://github.com/soorajsingh/moodle-availability_enroldate/issues/5
