Cincopa Submissions

Cincopa Submissions plugin for Moodle is a great solution for teachers who want to interact with students through their educational portal. Teachers can create assignments for students and collect various multimedia materials from students and required to fulfill their work.

Content is stored on a secure cloud and streamed directly from there using CDN, thus no need to add to the moodle server storage or upgrade CPU.

Creating assignments for students and collecting work:

• The teacher creates an assignment to be able to collect work from students (set date, the maximum number of files to be submitted, etc.)

• Students can submit their files using the assignment created by the teacher and upload or record rich media like videos, audio, images or any doc type

• The teacher will be able to watch submissions directly from students’ assignment page and then grade them without downloading them first

Installation:

• Install Cincopa plugin and activate it in your Moodle portal (enable Cincopa submission);

• Choose a gallery template that will display uploaded files;

• Create an API token for the selected template with Cincopa;

• Copy and Paste the API token and gallery shortcode in the Cincopa submissions dashboard;

Admin settings:

The teacher can adjust the default settings for a media gallery in the general settings page.
