On our Qualifications site (MEQ and MAQ) we use the system question bank for all our quizzes and our quizzes use random questions from the various categories in the system. so that it is easy to remove/add questions with new versions of Moodle (We don't have editing teachers on the site so only Anna Krassa and I manage the questions) I assume that will continue as before.

I  see a system shares question bank on the QA site (with a typo it's > its which I can't change yet) So if an admin just wanted to put questions in the system context to use in quizzes in various courses but without giving teachers edit access, that would still work, yes? The discussion here is about question sharing between teachers?

Angel - I am sure it would help Marcus and others who might respond if you can first tell us what your own research has already found - doubtless you have done that in advance of posting here.
