Now that is interesting - that you have "Word" that seems empty. Because when I made my test H5P it happened to me too a few times - I removed them and kept the ones which had actuallly saved with names. It is as if sometimes it saves your word and clue and sometimes it doesn't. I know what you mean now but don't understand why.

Are you sure you are using enough words in the crossword? I went on sandbox.moodle.demo.net and was able to create an H5P crossword sucessfully.
Hello Sarra. I don't think you can execute commands on MoodleCloud but if you are having trouble with copying a course on MoodleCloud then I suggest you contact them via your MoodleCloud portal.
Hello everyone and belated Happy New Year.
This is to let you know about a webinar on Moodle Academy (the first of a series, in fact) tomorrow Wednesday January 19th at 21:00 UTC (London time.)
Anna Krassa, Moodle HQ's MEC Co-ordinator, will be speaking with facilitators and successful candidates of our Moodle Educator Certification about their experiences. It will give you an insight into what you can expect if you sign up to do the MEC certification.
You can register for the webinar here: Reflections on MEC, and it would be great to see some of the Teaching with Moodle partipants there tomorrow
Well first of all, you may not have had any support tickets because they might be assuming there are no images or don't realise they are meant to see images. I suspect when you log out as admin and log in again as a student you can see the images because they are cached on your computer. How and where are you uploading the images as admin? I would take a close look at the image URLs to check they are actually in a place the students can access, within the course.
