The only code/hack I know of is where you put the course in one category and then in the other category you have an empty course and you put some "redirect" code (that you can find easily on the internet) that will redirect the user straight to the first course as soon as they enter the empty course in the other category. Does that make sense?

You can't see the results of a hotpotatoes test if they are guests taking it without logging in as it isn't going to go into the gradebook. If you really want something that will show what guests have done - then try the feedback or questionnaire modules (non-standard which you will have to install)
