Hello there. Well a glossary would do but a database would do it nicely too actually. I don't think you need any extra plugin. You'd have to put it in a course or area where all your users had access though. The advantage of these is that users can contribute their own stuff (if you want them tosmile)

Do you mean "groupings" as opposed to "groups"? Because if you are using groups then all students on the page will still be able to see the work of others surely even if the work isn't for them? I use the log in as facility with a member of a grouping to check they have been allocated the right tasks and that works fine.
