Hello. Perhaps the question: How can I prevent students from downloading my course files? which you can read in the Resources FAQ might be of help?

What makes you think you have to assign roles to each individual activity? If the users are given the role of student in the course then they should by default be able to see and do all the activities. Can you check the role of your users in Course administration>Users>Enrolled users? Does it say student (or none)?

When have reverted to your normal role again and  you are on that page of your screenshot, scroll down and look to the sides of your course - left and right. You should see an Administration block which should say Quiz administration and then a bit further down - Edit quiz. Click the link Edit quiz to edit your quiz.

Yes - excellent  And then you could upload it to Moodle.net to share with quadcopter  flying wannabes across the globe  

Une suggestion non-technique: créez le cours dans une catégorie et ensuite dans les autres catégories, utilisez le format de cours "Activité unique" et la ressource URL. Comme URL, donnez l'URL du premier cours.
