A friend just sent me a message asking why we use the word "teacher" in the documentation, as opposed to "instructor" or something like that. She wonders if this is dismissive of professors and course admins in the business world.

I never thought about it. I am a teacher, so I like the word teacher.

I do not really know how to respond to her.

Does anyone have any thoughts about this?

I think the workshop module might make this possible, but I am not absolutely sure. (But the workshop mod has many, many options, so it really might be the solution.)

If not, you might want to consider having your students do an online assignment, though. That would get the job done.

Maybe that helps a little...
