There's a lot of food for thought in your post. I think the thing that resonated the most with me was point "b" - having a truly student-driven course. What a good point that is. I tend to create teacher-centric courses and build in a few learner-centered activities, I think. Not a terrible approach, but maybe not a great one, either.

As I revamp my courses for the coming year, I will keep this in mind.

I hope that others will comment on other aspects of your post! Anyone want to jump in?
