Moodle in English -> Questionnaire (plugin) -> Moodle Workflow -> Re: Moodle Workflow

Hi, Arjun,

Mary C. has the answer.

After you have created a resource or activity, you can hide it from students by clicking on the eye icon beside the link to it.

Your fellow teachers in the course can see it, though. It is not hidden from teachers.

After your colleague has seen the resource or activity and has approved it, you can click on the eye again to "unhide" it from students in the course.

Does that help at all?

Regards,
Art

Hi, Fad,

Welcome to Moodle.

You prefer not to allow your students to enroll themselves because they do not have email addresses? Is that correct?

If that is the case, you may find this useful. -- http://docs.moodle.org/en/No_Email

I apologize if I have misunderstood you.

Hi, Lance,

Have you looked at the lesson module? -- http://docs.moodle.org/en/Lesson

Sounds like that might be a useful module for you, at least regarding adaptive testing.

Or perhaps conditional activities. -- http://docs.moodle.org/en/Conditional_activities

Hope that helps a bit.

Moodle in English -> General developer forum -> Kudos

Well, I have been away for some time, but have been playing with the latest release for a few days now.

Wow.

Thank you so much.

I am so impressed by Moodle 2.0. It's a great improvement over previous releases. It's terrific.

Of all the many improvements, my favorites so far are the ability to add comments pretty much everywhere and allowing students to have a private files area. I know that my students will appreciate these.

I tip my hat to everyone who contributed to this. You must all be very proud.
