Hi AL

I have a niche application of Moodle and was looking for a fitting tool and came across this plug-in. I'm glad that there is a Moodle 4 version, I am on Moodle 4.1 LTS.

That was only last week. I have some typical beginner's questions (the document page Content_Pages is a bit curt):

- What is the difference between Notes and Questions?

- And what are Comments (speech bubble at the top right of a page)?

- In the case of Notes, what does the flag Private do? I see that it is available for a new Note only. So, no similarity to the Private reply in Moodle Forum?

- I can enter a Copyright field. But where is it shown later?

- On "allows the launch of questions about the content addressed". Do you mean through the Embed questions filter?

May be not the discussion you hoped in this thread. If you can point me to the complete documentation, I won't ask again.

What are the "results" we had in mind? Another Amber Room or plain sideboards and cupboards in the sitting rooms of the folk? Traveling the web I found many OER work generated through grants and died once the grants dried out. Somewhat similar with products done by staff employed by institutions specially this purpose. I get the feeling that teachers (in the classrooms) were not involved. Yes, yes, no small money spent.

The muscle to brain imbalance is that bad? What'll happen if all the muscles decide to evolve in to brains, who'll feed those brains?

No! I said, if I put my energy to mobilizing some resources, man and machine, rather than doing it all alone, I will achieve more. Please re-read.

Where was I pricing my hours? My hours are a present, they flow without me doing anything.

I see. It is geek talk. In this connection MySQL and MariaDB are equal, MariaDB started with a copy of MySQL, take what your hosting provides. PostgreSQL is something completely different. That is why the difficulty in switching from PostgreSQL to MySQL or MariaDB.
