I would go a step further and say that you should own the data thus created. Yes, one can argue who really owns data, but definitely not a third-party!

It those content has lot of HTML tags, my experience is that https://moodle.org/plugins/filter_multilang2 is easier to handle, since its mark-up is not HTML.
