I don't think RedHat or any other Linux distro can load _all_ Apache modules, there are too many to count. The core Apache package of each distribution installs its own set of Apache modules.

Well, you could start with _no_ Apache modules installed and keep adding one-by-one as the installation procedure demands.

Whether you gain anything by stripping some Apache modules from the default set, that is a different question.

In a previous version of Moodle the administrator created a new role "Registered Guest", simply by duplicating the built-in Guest role. Then he assigned this role to certain users in a course category. The idea is that those users get Guest access to all the courses in that category, even though the courses do not provide the normal Guest access. (It is not important whether the users are visible in the participants list.)

He claims that this scheme worked in the old Moodle (2.7?). In the current version, 3.1, the users face "You can not enroll yourself in this course". Where is the catch?
