Which version of Moodle are you using?

Are you presenting it in Moode throught the Hot Potatoes Quiz module? If so, are you choosing the .htm file or the .jmt file? If you choose the .htm file it should respect your choices.

1. What version of Moodle are you using?
2. On what version of Moodle did the audio files and images work OK?
3. Have you changed your version of Moodle between the time the audio files and images worked OK and when now they don't?

Hi François,

As I understand it, a MAMP download on a local Mac is strictly for testing purposes. You can upload courses from it to an online server but the two are quite distinct.

For your other questions, I hope someone more techncially competent than me will reply. I'd like to know some of the answers myself.
