Hi Nithyanandan,
Are you actually a member of the team producing the eguru theme?
Rather than providing this hack would it not be better if the "lmsace" developers took the bug reports on their github into account and fixed their bugs?
On https://github.com/lmsace/eguru/issues no less than 10 bugs have been reported in the past year and none have been answered.

Do you mean the "Drag and drop onto image" question type? Or is it a 3rd-party question type?
It's not clear what your screenshot represents.
