"How an I use tags in OR format rather than in AND format ?"
Simple answer is you can't. See this post: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=411528#p1663598

Après réflexion, je pense en effet que ça pourrait être utile dans certains cas, par exemple dans le texte de présentation de la question, ou encore dans une question de type Description.
Ne reste plus qu'à attendre la résolution du bug MDL-69290 !
Have others noticed that we are having what looks a spate of weird posts on this forum recently? Mostly from new "members", the content is not at all related to the Quiz activity nor to Moodle in general, and contain Russian words.
I have systematically reported those obnoxious posts to moderators. Please, fellow-members, do not answer those posts but report them.
By the way, it would be nice to have a small field in the report to mods to enter the reason why we are reporting posts.
You write "[the students] say that they had chosen a choice, but when they refreshed the page, one or two of their answers were lost."
Why did they "refresh the page"? You should tell them that they must never do that when taking a Quiz.
