Tiens, je n'avais pas réalisé qu'en mettant l'URL d'un fichier Flash dans un message sur Moodle l'animation s'afficherait! En tout cas, ça prouve que l'URL est correcte...
Mais du coup j'ai oublié de joindre la copie d'écran qui montre qui ça ne marche pas sur le site lui-même; la voici, jointe à ce message.

En effet, sur la page d'accueil http://www.websidea.info/moodle/course/view.php?id=10 on ne voit pas l'animation Flash, qui a pourtant l'air incorporée. Si on clique droit dans cet emplacement en blanc, on voit que l'animation n'est pas chargée (voir copie d'écran jointe).

Pourtant, si on va à l'adresse http://www.websidea.info/moodle/theme/defiliban/defi.swf

on y voit effectivement l'animation (dont j'aime bien les couleurs).

Je laisse les explications à ceux qui utilisent le flash et savent comment l'incorporer à Moodle.

L'intention de Christian est louable, mais...

• même chez les collégiens, il peut y avoir des couche-tard et des lève-tôt;
• la gestion des horaires de surf sur Internet me semblerait plutôt relever de la responsabilité des parents;
• si des collégiens sont en train de consulter leur site Moodle et que tu fermes le service, comment savoir si les chers petits iront illico se coucher ou - plus vraisemblablement - iront surfer ailleurs, sur des sites peut-être moins recommandables;
• etc.

C'était la réflexion d'un couche-tard (ancien collégien)...

Thanks for sharing your little piece of code for customizing the look of submit buttons :

input[type="submit"], input[type="button"] { etc.

I confirm that it is working fine under Windows XP with Firefox, but not with MSIE 6.0.

With Firefox you can even take it one step further, by adding an input[type="button"]:hover class - again not working with MSIE. The way to css customization of buttons with MSIE (and maybe other platforms) is, as you suggested, to have proper classes added to the various input buttons present throughout Moodle, but it seems that the idea has been abandonned... too bad - until we all move to Firefox (or MSIE 7 makes it possible?)

Thanks for your prompt reply and for providing the correct explanation. I have looked at your suggested fix in bug report 4012, but I can't implement it, not being an admin on our university site. It looks to me as an oversight somewhere in the Moodle engine, someone has forgotten to fill the alt tag with the same message as the title tag...
Maybe this will be corrected in a forthcoming version  of Moodle.
