1.- "est-il normal que le profil étudiant ait accès au bouton sur la page Profil alors qu'il peut modifier son profil sans passer par là ?"

En effet, sur la page Profil, le bouton "Mode d'édition" fait double emploi avec le lien "Modifier le profil". En fait pour un rôle Etudiant, le mode d'édition lui permet de modifier à sa guise sa page Tableau de bord.

2.- Sinon, il y a en effet un problème si tu tu n'as pas accès à ce Mode d'édition ni comme étudiant ni comme admin.

1. You should really avoid to copy-paste text from an advanced text editor (such as MS Word) into a basic text editor (such as the CKEditor available in H5P activities). By doing so you are copying and pasting a lot of formatting tags which a basic text editor cannot interpret.
2. Unfortunately you do not mention which H5P activity you are using in your example. I suppose it's an Interactive Book, and maybe a Text sub-content? Can you confirm?
   
3. There are very few H5P activities that feature the "sub" and "sup" tags in their editor toolbar, e.b. MULTICHOICE, INTERACTIVE BOOK, etc. I am attaching an example of a MULTICHOICE question editing.
