What are you trying to achieve... and why?

There's some scary code in there. I very much doubt that anybody is going to debug it for you.

Moodle's web services, if over HTTPS, are already secure.

If a student can reliably reproduce this it might also help to open the browser developer tools and pick the 'Console' tab. Are there any red errors? The network tab can be even more useful but it's a bit more advanced. You need to identify the call causing the problem and see what was returned.

I'm not sure you're going to get an answer. You're depending on there being users in these forums that use Moodle with Teams. Even then, there's a variety of ways to achieve that. I don't recall any (or many) previous conversations.

I use Teams (hateful bit of software - can never find anything ) but not with Moodle.

I could never understand the moodle-docker thing.

I read some tutorials about building a LAMP stack in docker compose and it all, mostly, made sense. Got Moodle to work with some swearing. And I (mostly) understand what it all does.

While you're looking at phpinfo... check 'disable_functions' to make sure that function hasn't been, well, disabled.
