Moodle documentation: Documentation Permissions Question

My organization offers an online course that prepares teachers to develop online curriculum in multiple course authoring systems.  In one session we are linking to the downloadable file for Jason Cole's book "Using Moodle".  I would like to include the photo of the book also as a link to the downloadable PDF.  Is this allowable under the GNU General Public License?  The image source would be to: http://docs.moodle.org/en/images_en/3/37/using_moodle_2.jpg

Thanks, Helen!  That's how I read it but as an online developer and one who teaches others to do the same, I always err on the conservative side and go for direct permission.  I appreciate your quick response -- and nice job on the book (we use it daily)!

hi helen
i am a new moodler and exploring moodle in detail. I am refering the book "using moodle" it's from the basic level, so helpful for me. yaah its really good that b'coz of GPL I can refer this book, can give link to others.
same thing i wanted to ask that, for one "workshop on moodle for teacher", can i give the pdf formate in CD to participants, it will be useful. b'coz some of them are from rural places, they don't get net connection for long time.
