Attached is a zip file created by other moodlers that will allow admins to delete courses in bulk. I will include a readme file on how to install this add-on. I will also be working with our firms programmers to improve upon this tool. Our institution has over 12000 users and we run around 1300 courses per semester. Deleting one by one is suicide.

I have just come accross your course delete script - many thanks. I had over 400 courses to delete and it worked great. One observation: after the script finished the Front Page settings had changed. 'Front page items when logged in' had 'List of courses' turned on as the second item (which it wasn't before). This is on 1.9.1+
