Forgive me if this is not the place to ask this. I would be happy to post in a better forum if one is available.
In one of our courses, we have a teacher who is editing a quiz, and looking at the Students in the Roles tab. When looking at the potential users, it shows 2 or 3 of the same user in various places in the list. Also, it reports 119 potential users, but there are only 44 in the list (including the duplicates/triplicates). It also shows one user who is not even enrolled in the course.
Does anyone have any suggestions about troubleshooting this, or have any possible causes?
This would be better in the roles and capabilities forum.
