I have intall the Moodle/EasyPHP. After that i try to access to PHPMyAdmin but the explorer shown as below:

	The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Please try the following: If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly. Open the 127.0.0.1 home page, and then look for links to the information you want. Click the Back button to try another link. Click Search to look for information on the Internet. HTTP 404 - File not found Internet Explorer

Why this can happen? Is there anything that i missed?

When i try to run it, the explorer shown as below:

Error: Moodle could not connect to the database.

It's possible the database itself is just not working at the moment.

The admin should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php

Database host: localhost
Database name: moodle
Database user: root

Why it was happen? What should i do to solve it?

Can you give me a complete step of installation instruction.
