Topic level subscribing is a major problem I think. Currently although of course I'm grateful for this support forum I am completely SWAMPED with its input - about 95% of it is irrelevant to my needs nor can I respond usefully. That's about 60 spam posts a day!!!!!
I am concerned my users are going to feel the same so any news on this is anxiously awaited.
