Yep - we do that here on campus - just set the LDAP servers like you listed it in your subject line actually: ldap://server1.school.edu;ldap://server2.school.edu

Yes, that's the way it works. It tries with the first server in the list, and if it times-out, it tries with the next one in the list.

Saludos. Iñaki.

hi,
i've just used a blank instead a ";" and it works fine (just try it by using a fake adress as first ldap entry and a real one as the second ldap. authentication still works). eg. "ldaps://firstserver.example.org ldaps://secondserver.example.org".

br,
Tobias

Re: two configuration ldap://192.168.2.3;ldap://192.168.3.4

hello,
now I confuse to do like "ldaps://firstserver.example.org ldaps://secondserver.example.org" and now I can not use both and I can't login.

LDAP-module cannot connect to any servers: Server: '"ldap://kampot.cist.lan ldap://kep.cist.lan"' Connection: '' Bind result: ''

which file that I can go to change the configuration.

best regards,
Chhivhorng
