We upgraded 2 live sites from 1.8.3 to 1.9 stable successfully.
The only issue we have - users / graders cant see overview reports. When they select overview reports instead of the report, there is a blank display. This happens only on the upgraded sites, fresh installs using the same version of moodle are ok.
I copied the Overview folder from a working fresh install and pasted it over the Overview folder in the moodle/grade/reports folder, with the hope that it would fix things. Now I get this error : Error : get_context_instance() called with incorrect context level "CONTEXT_PERSONAL"
Since its a live site, we need to fix this urgently. Has anyone updated from 1.8 to 1.9 without facing this issue ?
