Roles and permissions

Hi
I am very interested in setting up a Parent role as described in other threads in this forum. I haven't tryied to set it up yet, but I've already found a problem that doesn't seem to have an answer (at least from wht i've read so far). In my moodle instalation we upload users using a CSV file, is there any chance of doing this to setup Parent accounts as well? If not, It would be very hard to implement as we have a great number of students in our site, so we can't add each account separately. Has anyone found a solution to this?
