I was interested in knowing which institutions using Moodle are considering endorsing the Cape Town Declaration. Comments?

Very interesting document. I need to go back to it to revisit it some more as it is quite a bit to digest in the short time I had to peruse it this morning, but I did notice that a few avid Moodlers have already signed.
